1-Relax your psoas muscle.

Lie on your back,make sure there is no gap between your lower 

back and the floor,lift your feet on to the chair and relax.

2- Take daily hot baths after Yoga ,Pilate or stretching.

3-Hot Moist Towel

Dip a hand towel in hot water,wring out the excess water,fold and 

place towel on the pain area,repeat the process several time,this

relaxes the muscles in the affected area and improves circulation.
