Stand up straight with your feet shoulder apart,place your hands

on your lower back or above your head. With your knees kept 

straight arch your back at the waist as far as you can without 

experiencing pain,keep for a few seconds,return to upright

position. repeat a few times each session,do at least three to 

four sessions a day.
