 Standup straight with feet shoulder apart,extend both arms 

overhead ,drop your left arm down to your left side,with your right

arm raised, bent to your left side while reaching upward with your 

right arm,slowly move back to center,drop your right arm,repeat 

sequence with your left arm.

This pose stretches the sides of the waist and back muscles,it will

gradually help reduce Sciatic pain on either side.

(Do not bend too far into the painful side!)
