 Lie on your Back,Knees bent shoulder apart,clasp one knee and pull  

toward you as far as you can,hold for 30 seconds,lower knee to the  

floor,straighten the same leg to relax,move to original position and repeat 

with the other leg.


Next, clasp both knees from the same position,bring to your chest,hold 

for 30 seconds and release,repeat a few times.

This Exercise releases and relaxes the lowe back.
