  Lie on your back,arms at your side,legs stretched,held close 

together. place each arm under your body,palms facing the floor

under your hips,elbows under your back., Press into your elbows

as you lift your chest and drop your head back to the floor and 

relax, repeat 2 to 3 times.

This pose strengthens the neck,shoulders and the upper back.
