Lie on your belly,forehead to the floor,bend your elbows and place
your hands beneath your shoulders for support,tighten your thigh
muscles and lift your torso,without straining your neck. Hold for 5
to 10 seconds,repeat 10 to 15 times.
Cobra pose will strengthen the back,hips and the legs.
