 Stay on all fours,arms straight below your shoulders,hips over 

your knees,look straight ahead, round your spine upward like a 

camel's hump,as you drop your tailbone and lower your head,

inhale and let your belly drop,arch your back down and lift your  

head and tailbone, continue in sequence a few times.

This exercise increases the spinal flexibility and relaxes the lower

back.
